In the 1990s, Global Warming predicted doom by 2005. When that failed to materialize, no problem, “it’s more complicated than we thought, it’s more like Climate Change.” If your model doesn’t work out, just change the name. Like, there hasn’t been climate change on this planet for the last five billion years.
Now, another inconvenient prophesy has gone awry, so, let’s ditch the prophesy.
